Required Forms
New clients: Please complete all forms below. Returning clients: Please complete Boarding Drop Off form before each visit.
Required Vaccinations
Waggin’ Tails Animal Inn requires all dogs and cats to be current on the following vaccinations:
DOGS
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella (every 6 months. Some vets do a yearly vaccine but we require the Bordetella semi-annually)
*If a dog has never had the Bordetella or it is expired, the vaccine must be given at least 48 hours prior to boarding. This is to allow the vaccine time to offer some immunity. - Canine Influenza (both the H3N2 and H3N8 strains or the combination vaccine Bivalent)
*Please note, this is a 2-part vaccine, with an initial dose and then 2-4 weeks later, a booster. It takes one week after the booster for maximum immunity to take effect, so please plan your vet visit accordingly.
PUPPIES
We are able to board puppies who are at least 2 weeks past their last round of puppy shots, including the booster for the Canine Influenza. This is usually at 4-5 months of age.
CATS

- Feline Distemper (FVRCP)
*Feline Leukemia recommended but not required
These vaccine requirements apply to all services we offer: Boarding, Day Camp, and Spa Services. We prefer to review your pets’ vaccination records prior to their drop off day. Please email the records (or have your vet do so) to info@waggintailsanimalinn.com.
Healthy Pet Program
We treat every pet who boards with us as if they are our own; their care and comfort are our highest priority. We charge a nominal fee of $5 per pet, per stay for our guests to be covered under our Healthy Pet Program. The Healthy Pet Program covers vet bills up to $500 incurred by an illness or injury due to boarding up to 7 days after the pet leaves the Animal Inn.
*Note: not every pet that boards with us is eligible for the Healthy Pet Program. Exclusions include dogs and cats 10 years of age and older, pets that are not dogs or cats, and pets with some pre-existing conditions. Contact us with questions and for more information.
