Waggin’ Tails Animal Inn combines all the comforts of home to keep your pet happy. What sets us apart is our all-inclusive experience for your pet! Our services include outside play, pats & hugs, food, and medication administration. Our indoor and outdoor runs have central heat and air conditioning.
Waggin’ Tails Animal Inn is a very special place that offers your pet a unique boarding experience. Our goal at Waggin’ Tails is to provide you and your pet the BEST possible care.
WELL-TRAINED STAFF
We have high standards for our staff and an intense training program which includes certification for all in Pet CPR and First Aid and “Knowing Dogs 101 and 102” so your pet gets the best care.
METICULOUS ABOUT MEDS
Medication administration is included. Owner must bring pet’s medication in labeled containers.
WHAT TO BRING
We provide bowls, bedding, and treats. You can choose to bring your pet’s food or we can feed our high quality lamb and rice house food. Please feel free to bring your pet’s special treat or toy from home.
FREEDOM
Freedom for your pet! We offer almost 2 acres of pet play areas for your pet to play in during their stay. They will not be left in a small cage all day (unless they want to!) We do not charge extra for playtime, for special foods, or for medicating your pet.
OUTDOOR SPACE
We offer your pet outdoor play included with their stay at The Inn. We believe that all pets benefit from activity during the day, whether it is group play or individual time with staff. We even have enrichment activities added to your stay. Our staff will also gladly throw in the Pats & Hugs all day long too!
OUR LOCATION
We’re proud to serve Richmond with a location near Aliana, Long Meadow Farms and Harvest Green. Conveniently located on Clodine Road, an easy exit from Westpark Tollway or Hwy 99.

Tours of the facility are welcomed & highly advised if you plan on boarding your pet with us. We love showing off our fabulous resort and answering any questions you may have.
TOUR TIMING
For the safety & comfort of our guests, tour timings are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday
7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Sunday
Pickups Only 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Day Camp
Monday – Friday Only 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
